Warren C. Tinkler, a Kansas native who began his funeral service career in 1925, became a prominent figure in California's funeral industry, serving as president of both the Fresno County Funeral Directors Association and the California Funeral Directors Association. The Copner family purchased the funeral home in 1965 and operated it until 1997.
