In the past 4 or 5 years I've been to funerals here at March in Richmond Virginia. This weekend I was at my sister's memorial service and the AC was not working they only had fans running. Temperature outside was 100° that day. 3 years ago I was there for my friend's wife's fune...
Your website is not user friendly! When I need to find information for someone who is being funeralized in Richmond, I do not need to go through the Maryland services to get there. If this can be fixed, please consider doing so!

Worse experience ever. Had to have my Grandmother that was deceased transferred to Mimms funeral home. Which we do recommend. That turned out to be the best experience.
