Boucher & Pritchard Funeral Service operates from 85 North Winooski Avenue in Burlington, Vermont. In January 2023, the funeral home became a division of the Ready Family, a regional funeral service provider. The transition followed the retirement of Carol "Carrie" Pritchard, who served the Burlington community for over 50 years. Pritchard remains connected to the operation in an advisory capacity during the ownership transition.
The funeral home maintains its local identity while gaining the operational backing of the Ready Family network. Leadership from Ready's includes Michele Ready Ambrosino and John Ambrosino, who have assumed management responsibilities while preserving the established service approach.

Called to find out information regarding a service for my Uncle..... The woman I talked to at the funeral home gave my phone number out to a disgruntled person who then contacted me threatening about not coming to the service. Extremely unprofessional.
