Metcalf Funeral Directors traces its origins to 1938, when Leo T. Metcalf Sr. and his wife Naomi opened their first location in downtown Conroe. The business has remained under continuous family management across three generations. After a devastating fire destroyed their North Frazier Street facility in 1998, the family rebuilt at the current East White Oak Terrace location in 1999, designing a modern red-brick facility specifically for contemporary funeral needs.
