Absolutely the worst experience you could have while grieving. Unbelievably insensitive for people in this kind of business. Went across the street to Mililani and they were the complete opposite - a perfect experience.

My mom's service was held at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. The staff were caring and thorough in making the arrangements as we wanted. Ricki and Stephanie are pros at this. I'm so glad the service went so well. Mahalo Hosoi.
