The cemetery distinguishes itself through its park-like landscape of tall pines, mature oaks, magnolias, and flowering trees and shrubs. Stone monuments and markers are welcomed throughout the property, which offers burial lots in new sections alongside crypt and niche options.
A notable feature is the Oriental-Themed Meditation Garden, endowed and created by the family of J. B. Fuqua in 1974 to honor their son, Alan Fuqua. This garden incorporates seasonally-blooming azaleas and camellias within a tranquil designed space.
