The building incorporates a salvaged stained-glass window from the original location into its main entrance arch. Multiple chapels provide flexibility for simultaneous services, with the largest accommodating up to 250 guests. The facility includes dedicated spaces for Jewish ritual washing (tahara) and a mikvah for purification immersion.

Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home traces its roots to 1928, when community leader Leo P. Gallagher Sr. established the firm on Suburban Avenue. His son, Leo Jr., joined in 1953, continuing the family operation until a fire forced relocation after 52 years. The current Summer Street facility was custom-built to serve the community, with its main entrance arch preserving a stained-glass window—the sole salvageable piece from the original location.
