The funeral home occupies the original Magner location at 600 East Stowell Road, now surrounded by developed Santa Maria. The property includes a chapel for services, visitation areas, and the recently opened Gathering Room—a dedicated reception space designed for food and beverage service before, during, and after ceremonies. The Gathering Room features an open floor plan with combined table and bar seating for 30 guests, a large buffet table, stocked coffee and tea bar, and television for memorial video playback, live chapel viewing, or children's entertainment. This addition allows families to host complete life celebrations on-site without coordinating external venues.

All pre-need funds placed with insurance companies or California-accepted trust companies within 30 days, protected by law and kept separate from funeral home operating funds.
