The main funeral home chapel accommodates approximately 80 guests and was furnished with sofas and chairs rather than pews until 1995. The Historic Mausoleum contains the Rose Window Chapel with updated seating. Waverley Church, built by the Halsell Foundation after Oliver Halsell's death in the mid-1950s, features English church architecture with a distinctive square tower and hosts both weddings and committal ceremonies. Willow Garden uses stone quarried in 1916 matching the Historic Mausoleum. Oxford Gardens includes two cremation courts with statues of The Thinker and The Whiz Kid. The property is pet-friendly and open to the public sunrise to sunset for walking, dog-walking, and bird-watching.
