Joshua Mortuary and Joshua Memorial Park operate as sister locations at 808 East Lancaster Boulevard, providing funeral, memorial, cremation and cemetery services from a single campus. Founded in 1959 by James "Jim" Jackson as a cemetery, the property added Joshua Mortuary in 1997—creating the only funeral home located at a cemetery in the Antelope Valley. This integration eliminates transportation between separate facilities, streamlining logistics for families during difficult times. The 40-acre cemetery features mature live oaks, Joshua trees, magnolia and elms, with winding paths connecting burial sections, cremation gardens and a dedicated veterans area.
