My grandfather was buried here a year ago. He is yet to get his headstone marker.. we have been told it was lost or still in transit. I find that beyond unacceptable. You are no longer talking my 93 year old grandmothers calls. No reason, no response, and absolutely no resolution...
After 9+ months they have still not installed my grandmas headstone. There is just a water damaged little piece of paper where she is buried. The disrespect they are willing to show your loved ones is unbelievable.
