The funeral home features a modern, welcoming interior with natural light, comfortable furnishings, and soft colors. The chapel seats up to 150 guests and includes a state-of-the-art audiovisual system with multiple television screens and CD/DVD capabilities. A large floor-to-ceiling window behind the chapel altar provides natural light for daytime services; the space can also convert to reception use. Two visitation parlors accommodate family gatherings: a larger space for 25-30 guests that can be divided into two smaller rooms, and a more intimate parlor for 15-20 guests. A separate Heritage House building with kitchen handles receptions for up to 60. The property includes a coffee lounge and ample parking.

Pine Crest Funeral Home and Pine Crest Cemetery have served families in and around Mobile, Alabama, since the early 1900s. The cemetery itself dates to 1906, when the Luce family founded it and conducted the first burial. The family owned and operated the cemetery for over 80 years before selling in 1987. Pine Crest Funeral Home opened on the cemetery property in March 1994, creating an integrated facility where families can handle all arrangements in one location.
Located on Dauphin Island Parkway off Interstate 10, adjacent to Brookley Air Force Base, the facility serves Mobile and communities on the east side of the bay including Spanish Fort, Daphne, and Fairhope. Today, Pine Crest operates as part of the Dignity Memorial network. The property encompasses 150 acres of gently rolling hills with oak trees and waterways.
