3. Ordering and Payment

4. Delivery

Delivery Method: Your finished song will be delivered via email as a downloadable digital file (MP3 format) along with a streaming link.
5. Revisions
Each order includes one complimentary revision round. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your song.
Revisions may include adjustments to lyrics, tempo, or arrangement. Additional revisions beyond the included round may incur extra charges.
6. Refund Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your song, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the personal stories, memories, and information you provide to us. By submitting this content, you grant PrayTone a license to use it solely for creating your custom song.
The Song: Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes playing it at private events, sharing with family and friends, and keeping it for personal enjoyment.
Commercial Use: Commercial use of your song (such as broadcasting, public performance for profit, or inclusion in commercial products) requires a separate commercial license. Please contact us for commercial licensing inquiries.
8. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your questionnaire
- Not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
